Boat layouts can also vary slightly, even between similar models. For best results, test fit all pieces before applying adhesive.

By purchasing this product, you understand that this is a handmade, custom-style product and that small imperfections are normal. Final fit and finish may depend on the boat, surface preparation, adhesive used, and installation process.

EVA Foam Installation Instructions

1. Prepare the surface
    Lightly scuff the installation area with 220-grit sandpaper to help the adhesive bond properly.
2. Clean the surface
    Wipe the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely.
3. Apply adhesive spray
    Spray adhesive as directed on the can. Follow all product instructions for proper application and drying time.
4. Install the foam
    Carefully position the pre-cut EVA foam and press it firmly into place.
5. Apply pressure
    Press evenly across the entire piece. For any edges or areas that have trouble staying down, place weighted items on top until the adhesive sets.

For best results, install on a clean, dry surface and allow the adhesive to fully cure before heavy use.
